Ev hints in this tweet that a new Twitter UI is on the way:
I like this new Twitter UI so much better, I now hate looking at the old (current) one. (Coming soon.)
Update: Apparently some people have managed to get screenshots of the design when it—accidentally—has popped up to some users. TechCrunch has the story.
That post is from back in July, so I for one hope the design has come a long way from there...
